If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days from date of shipping to arrange a return or exchange.
Returns and/or exchanges within 30 days that are a result of product failure will be refunded in full, including shipping and handling, upon physical return of the product.
Returns within 30 days for any reason outside of mechanical failure will be refunded at retail purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item within 30 days for any reason outside of mechanical failure for an item of equal or greater value, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.
Improper or abnormal use, neglect, or abuse of a product voids all express and implied warranties including the right to a refund, full or partial.

|When returning a product, who pays for the shipping and handling?|
Once the shipment has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the charges of returning the product, unless the return is necessitated by product failure.
Improper or abnormal use, neglect or abuse of a product voids a customer’s right to a shipping and handling refund.

|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your Exchange Policy?|
|We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your purchase may be exchanged for a similar product within 60 days of ship date. If exchanging for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
All items being exchanged must be returned in good working condition free of any signs of abuse, neglect or excessive wear and tear before the new item is shipped.
